WHO PROVIDES THE WARRANTY?
The Warranty is provided by LED Visage Pty Ltd (ABN 82 149 316 781) of Unit 1/8 Hurley St, Canning Vale Western Australia 6155.
This warranty applies to all LED Lighting products sold by LED Visage Pty Ltd.
Subject to the warranty exclusion, you will be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced at our absolute discretion. If we repair or replace your product under this warranty, the warranty period will not be extended from the time of repair or replacement. The warranty period shall commence on the date of purchase of the product.
We offer a minimum 12 months return to base (RTB) warranty for all of our products, unless otherwise stated. The effective warranty coverage period shall commence on the date of purchase.
Defective product must be returned to LED Visage Pty Ltd and customer shall bear the cost of shipping if send via courier service. Under any circumstances, LED Visage Pty Ltd is not responsible for the removal or reinstallation of any product nor for the expense accumulated thereof.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
To make a warranty claim, you must provide us with the original proof of purchase together with a completed Return Authorisation (RA) Form to receive any services within the warranty period. Please email us to request a warranty claim and we will assign you with a RA number. [Download Form]

You can either return the defective product in person or courier it to us.
For courier service, please make sure the product is properly packed to prevent additional damage during transit.
We may reject your warranty claim if;
a) The product was not installed by a qualified or licensed electrical contractor
b) The product was not installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and safety standards
c) The product was damage due to;
i. accident, abuse, misuse or mishandling
ii. nature or acts of God
iii. negligence, improper installation
iv. attempt to repair, disassembly or modification of any part of the product by an unauthorized person
ADDITIONAL WARRANTY INFORMATION
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled for a replacement or refund due to major failure. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our warranty for the product is in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
